1. Free Services
AstroHood is primarily a free platform. All core services including kundali generation, daily horoscope, panchang, muhurat and nakshatra tools are available at no cost. No refunds apply to free services.
2. Paid Services
If we introduce any paid services, subscriptions or premium content in the future, the refund policy for those services will be clearly stated at the point of purchase. Please review the specific terms before completing any payment.
3. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds for eligible paid services may be requested within 7 days of purchase if the service was not delivered as described or experienced a technical failure. Refund requests must include proof of payment and a description of the issue.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds are not provided for services already fully delivered, consultations completed, or where the user has changed their mind after receiving the service. Astrological readings and predictions are interpretive and non-refundable once delivered.

6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. The time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
